1. About Ripe
Ripe is a Cairo-based premium fruit delivery company dedicated to providing fresh, seasonal, and exotic fruits directly to homes and businesses.
We serve both individual customers (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B).
2. Order Process & Confirmation
Orders placed through the website are not automatically dispatched.
Every order is:
- Received through the website
- Reviewed by our team
- Confirmed via a phone call from a Ripe employee
During the confirmation call, we:
- Confirm product availability
- Confirm delivery timing
- Confirm delivery address
An order is considered fully confirmed only after this call.
Ripe reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Delivery limitations
- Pricing errors
- Suspected misuse or repeated failed deliveries
3. Payment Methods
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
We offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payments via secure third-party providers (e.g., Paymob)
Online card payments are securely processed. Ripe does not store or access full card details.
If Cash on Delivery is selected:
- Payment must be made in full upon receipt.
- Repeated refusal of confirmed deliveries may result in COD restrictions.
4. Product Availability & Substitutions
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fruits:
- Some products may vary slightly in size, color, or appearance.
- In rare cases of unavailability, Ripe may:
- Replace the item with a similar product of equal or higher value, or
- Contact the customer before dispatch for approval.
- Bundles and curated boxes may include rotating seasonal items.
