📄 REFUND & QUALITY POLICY

Because we deal with fresh, perishable goods, returns are not accepted once delivered.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If the quality of any product received does not meet our standards:

  • The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos must be sent via WhatsApp.

Once reviewed and approved, Ripe may:

  • Replace the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund
  • Provide store credit
  • In some cases, include a complimentary product as a gesture of goodwill

Each case is handled individually to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

Refunds (if applicable) for online payments are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
